RELOCATING AND DELAY NOTICE
Orders received by May 5th will be shipped by May 9th.
Orders placed after May 5th will be shipped when we reopen in mid-June.

The Children's Plaque Collection
is cast by hand in high quality, indoor plaster or lightweight resin. The Garden
Collection plaques are a composite material finished with concrete
paint, suitable for use outdoors.
Both style plaques are made for
hanging and we include a power hook with each plaster or garden letter plaque order.
These hooks don't require that you find a stud yet they hold up to
120 lbs in 1/2" drywall.
Garden plaques have a built in
sealant so there's no need to seal them yourself. They are not suitable
for stepping stones, but rather for decorating fences, outside walls,
porch posts, and more.
As each plaque is custom made and hand-painted to your specifications, all sales are final.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for
delivery.
SHIPPING:
Please do not accept delivery of a box that appears damaged. Inspect your order the day it arrives because you must file "damage in transit" claims with the carrier within 72 hours of delivery. If you should find damage has occurred, call us immediately at 1-888-286-0151 and we will help you through the process of filing a claim and getting a replacement.
Do not send an item back without contacting Marie Ricci first. We cannot accept returns that do not have a MRS # on the package.
Marie Ricci offers FREE SHIPPING on all items going Standard Ground.
If you prefer UPS not leave your package at the door, choose Signature Required shipping (small additional charge). This also assures you the chance to inspect the item for damage in transit.
CANADIAN SHIPMENTS:
Marie Ricci is happy to ship to Canada via United States Postal Servie via Ground Service to avoid the brokerage fee into Canada. Please email and tell us what items you are interested in so we may give you a quote on the shipping cost and answer any other questions you may have.
